Before the sourcing process begins your designated consultant will engage you to fully align all the necessary details in terms of the role, team culture and organisational strategy. This ensures that we also gather any additional information which may not be on the role spec to ensure we source the right candidate.

SOURCING

The sourcing strategy used will be tailored perrole and its seniority. We access our network of industry connections for referrals and recommendations. We advertise on various job portals and identify the best fit active and passive candidates. This is a highly customised research which finds candidates with the ideal fit.

SCREENING

We screen andinterview ourcandidates thoroughly
and only approach those with the strongest potential. We then qualify those candidates based on role requirements and cultural fit.

CANDIDATE VETTING

We save you the time and effort by ensuring that we conduct the necessary reference checks on the candidates we are laying forward. We can also arrange for a candidate to have all the qualification verifications completed either upfront or at a later stage based on.

PRESENTATION &CLIENT INTERVIEW

We ensure that we provide clients a comprehensive KhanyaCorp CV where we have highlighted important information. We present only those candidates who are a viable and real leadership option for your firm. We facilitate the client interviews and ensure the client/candidate experience is mutually aligned.

POST PLACEMENT

We stay in contact with you and the candidate after selection and placement. We are available to provide any needed support and provide regular feedback from the new hires to the company.
